Job Description & Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor costs associated with medical services, departments, and operational activities.
- Develop cost allocation models for procedures, services, and departments.
- Prepare detailed cost reports, variance analysis, and financial forecasts.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and pricing strategies for healthcare services.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Work closely with procurement, finance, and operations teams to control expenditures.
- Monitor inventory costing, utilization trends, and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external audit requirements.
- Support management with data-driven financial insights and reporting.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (ACCA/CMA/CPA) is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in costing or financial analysis.
- Experience in healthcare or hospital environment preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skill
