Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Corporate Services Manager at Pitchside Sports Consulting.
The Corporate Services Manager will be responsible for general administrative support, managing client communications, scheduling, preparing documentation, financial reporting, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Additional responsibilities include supporting compliance processes, maintaining internal records, and coordinating with various stakeholders within the organization and the global football community.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing communications, and maintaining accurate records
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and operational management
- Ability to interpret and implement compliance policies and governance frameworks
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with international sports regulations, particularly FIFA and CONCACAF standards, is a plus
- Comfortable working in a remote, dynamic, and collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and project management software
