Manager, Corporate Services
.
This position requires a highly capable professional with proven experience in managing corporate services functions within a structured and regulated environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational efficiency and ensuring the effective delivery of corporate support services in line with applicable policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee corporate services operations in accordance with approved policies, regulations, and procedures
- Manage administrative and support service functions, including facilities, general services, and related operational requirements
- Provide effective administrative and operational support to senior management
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery
- Review and enhance internal processes to support continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Prepare reports, official correspondence, and briefing materials in both Arabic and English
- Supervise relevant teams and monitor performance to ensure high standards of service
- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and institutional standards
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives within the corporate services function
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Public Administration

- Minimum
- 8 years of relevant professional experience
- in corporate services, administrative affairs, or a similar field
- Proficiency in
- Arabic and English
