Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Corporate Services Manager located in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for partial remote work.
The Corporate Services Manager will oversee daily administrative operations and ensure effective office management.
Responsibilities
include managing budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts; coordinating corporate communications; organizing events; and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Additionally, the Manager will support HR, finance, and other operational functions to optimize workplace efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including office management and vendor coordination
- Proficiency in managing budgets, contracts, and corporate financial transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in corporate communications
- Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations, as well as crafting and applying organizational policies
- Ability to lead team operations and organize corporate events
- Proven experience in managing remote work and hybrid arrangements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Experience in a legal or corporate services environment is highly advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
