The Role
As a Corporate Services Consultant, you will support clients with the establishment, maintenance, and ongoing compliance of their entities in Saudi Arabia.
You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality corporate services solutions, ensuring regulatory requirements are met while providing a seamless client experience.
This is a client-facing role where attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and a proactive mindset are key.
You will be exposed to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from multinational corporations to regional businesses.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Supporting the incorporation, licensing, and restructuring of entities in Saudi Arabia
- Managing day-to-day corporate governance and statutory compliance activities
- Liaising with government authorities, regulators, and third-party service providers
- Coordinating with internal teams across jurisdictions to deliver cross-border solutions
- Preparing and reviewing corporate documents, applications, and filings
- Monitoring regulatory changes and advising clients on their impact
- Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems
- Providing timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders
The Team
You will be part of our Corporate Services team in Saudi Arabia, working within a regional network that supports clients across the Middle East.
The team specialises in entity management, company secretarial services, and regulatory compliance, delivering practical and tailored solutions to clients operating in complex jurisdictions.
We are a collaborative and fast-paced team, working closely with colleagues across different service lines and offices.
You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise while contributing to a growing and dynamic practice.
Essential Criteria
- What we are looking for:
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate services, company formation, or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia
- Experience dealing with government authorities and regulatory bodies
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field
- Experience supporting multinational clients or cross-border projects
- Familiarity with regional corporate services frameworks (e.g., GCC jurisdictions)

What To Expect
