Office Location: Riyadh And Saudi Arabia

  • The role:
  • As a Corporate Services Consultant, you will support clients with the establishment, maintenance, and ongoing compliance of their entities in Saudi Arabia.
  • You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality corporate services solutions, ensuring regulatory requirements are met while providing a seamless client experience.
  • This is a client-facing role where attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and a proactive mindset are key.
  • You will be exposed to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from multinational corporations to regional businesses.
  • *What your day will look like:*
  • Supporting the incorporation, licensing, and restructuring of entities in Saudi Arabia
  • Managing day-to-day corporate governance and statutory compliance activities
  • Liaising with government authorities, regulators, and third-party service providers
  • Coordinating with internal teams across jurisdictions to deliver cross-border solutions
  • Preparing and reviewing corporate documents, applications, and filings
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and advising clients on their impact
  • Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems
  • Providing timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • The team:
  • You will be part of our Corporate Services team in Saudi Arabia, working within a regional network that supports clients across the Middle East.
  • The team specialises in entity management, company secretarial services, and regulatory compliance, delivering practical and tailored solutions to clients operating in complex jurisdictions.
  • We are a collaborative and fast-paced team, working closely with colleagues across different service lines and offices.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise while contributing to a growing and dynamic practice.
  • What we are looking for:
  • *Essential criteria:*
  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate services, company formation, or a related field
  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia
  • Experience dealing with government authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • *Preferred skills:*
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience supporting multinational clients or cross-border projects
  • Familiarity with regional corporate services frameworks (e.g., GCC jurisdictions)
