We are seeking an experienced Corporate Manager with a strong background in floristry and corporate event management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate clients, coordinating operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
A professional portfolio showcasing previous floral designs, corporate events, and project work is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee floral arrangements for corporate events and special occasions.
- Lead projects from concept to execution, ensuring client requirements are met.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and budgets.
- Coordinate with florists, event teams, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and quality standards for floral products.
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Supervise and support team members to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate management, floristry, or event management.
- Strong knowledge of floral design, flower care, and event styling.
- Proven experience managing corporate events and client accounts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
- **A portfolio showcasing previous floral projects, event decorations, and corporate event experience is required.**
