The Senior Florist creates floral arrangements, assists customers, supervises junior staff, and helps manage daily flower shop operations.
They ensure flowers are fresh, displays are attractive, and customer orders are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Create bouquets and floral arrangements.
- Assist customers with flower selection and orders.
- Supervise and support junior florists.
- Maintain flower quality and freshness.
- Manage inventory and order supplies.
- Prepare flowers for events, weddings, and special occasions.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Requirements
- 3+ years of floristry experience.
- Strong floral design skills.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team leadership experience is preferred.
