Provide safe, reliable, professional transportation for management and their guests while supporting general office and administrative functions.
The driver represents the organization to visitors and business partners and is expected to show discretion, punctuality, and professional presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Transport management and guests safely and on time to meetings, airports, events, and appointments; plan routes around traffic and schedules.
- Maintain professional, courteous, discreet interactions with guests, visitors, and external parties.
- Keep vehicles clean, fueled, maintained, and roadworthy; coordinate servicing, registration renewal, and minor repairs.
- Maintain accurate trip, mileage, and vehicle-use logs.
- Assist with filing, records, basic MS Office tasks, errands, and document delivery or collection.
- Protect confidential information about schedules and guests; accommodate schedule changes and occasional needs outside standard hours.
- Follow UAE traffic laws and organizational policies.
Qualifications and background
- 5–10 years of UAE driving experience; executive, senior-management, or VIP driving experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or bachelor’s degree.
- English and Arabic essential; additional languages are advantageous.
- Official UAE light-vehicle driving license.
- No history of reckless driving or traffic black points.
- Administration, customer service, or communication certifications are beneficial.
