Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with active license.
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience including progressive corporate accounting experience and supervisor experience.
- Big 4 public accounting experience preferred.
- Technically strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Public company (SEC) reporting and SOX compliance experience, including review of XBRL tags.
- Experience with ASC 606 (revenue recognition) and ASC 842 (lease accounting).
- Experience managing US and foreign tax filings, reporting, and compliance.
- Experience overseeing treasury functions including cash management, bank relationships, and investment strategies.
- Experience managing commercial insurance programs and developing risk mitigation strategies with insurance brokers.
- Experience overseeing financial, tax, workers’ compensation, and pension-related audits across US and foreign entities.
- Experience working with all legal entities across different legal umbrellas.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Workiva, FloQast, Carta, MineralTree, Workday, iDeals, and Avalara is a plus.

- Expected annual salary: $225,000.00+ (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)
