Corporate Bank Account Officer – Consulting Firm
About This Role
We are a UAE‑based consulting firm specializing in company formation and corporate services, and we are looking for a highly experienced Corporate Bank Account Officer. This role requires strong hands‑on experience in coordinating with UAE banks, relationship managers, compliance teams, and clients to successfully open corporate bank accounts.
The ideal candidate may come from:
A UAE bank (corporate banking background), or
A consulting / corporate services / company formation firm handling client bank account applications.
Manage the entire process of opening corporate bank accounts for clients across major UAE banks.
Coordinate directly with bank relationship managers, compliance teams, and bankers to ensure smooth processing.
Communicate closely with clients to collect required KYC documents, application forms, and company documents.
Prepare, review, and submit all bank account opening files in accordance with UAE banking requirements.
Maintain excellent follow‑up with banks and provide clients with regular updates.
Advise clients professionally on bank requirements, timelines, and best practices.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with banking partners.
