The Advisors Creative Desk sits within Services as a full-service creative and advertising capability, helping clients build and grow their brands through end-to-end solutions, from brand positioning and strategy to creative development, campaigns, and content.
The Copywriter brings brands to life through powerful ideas, compelling storytelling, and effective communications across a portfolio of clients.
Working closely with strategists, designers, and clients, the role helps shape integrated campaigns and content that connect with audiences, solve business challenges, and deliver meaningful impact across multiple channels and touchpoints.

The Advisors Creative Desk is a full-service creative and advertising capability within Mastercard Services.
The team helps clients build brands through positioning, strategy, creative development, campaigns, and content.
The copywriter works with strategists, designers, and clients to create integrated campaigns and content across channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling copy and ideas for TV, video, digital, social, CRM, display advertising, and print.
- Contribute to integrated campaigns and content from concept through execution.
- Partner with designers, strategists, and other creatives to deliver strategically sound work.
- Maintain high standards of creativity, craft, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Present creative work in internal reviews and client meetings.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and contribute ideas to solve client challenges and support growth.
- Stay informed about cultural, consumer, marketing, and creative trends.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of copywriting experience in leading advertising agencies; global network agency experience is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking and multi-channel campaign development.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, including adapting tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms.
- Experience developing integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, CRM, web, print, and other channels.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to creative excellence.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus and Arabic is an advantage.
- Open to occasional travel as required.
