What You'll Be Doing Monitor Driver Performance : Track and assess daily driver performance, including punctuality, delivery accuracy, route efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

Generate Daily Performance Reports : Prepare and share daily driver performance and operational reports with management for transparency and continuous improvement.

Track Receiving and Dispatching Activities: Oversee and verify all driver dispatching and receiving activities, ensuring all deliveries are logged and tracked in real-time.

Resolve Operational Issues: Address and resolve any delivery-related issues, such as delays, failed deliveries, or route deviations, with a quick turnaround.

Follow-Up on Uncollected Orders: Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to track and manage any uncollected or pending orders and ensure follow-up actions are taken.

Respond to Customer Service Emails: Respond promptly and professionally to emails from the Customer Service (CS) team regarding delivery inquiries, complaints, or special requests.

Communicate with Management: Share daily reports, critical updates, and performance metrics with line managers to support operational decisions.

What You’ll Need To Succeed Intermediate/ Advanced English Language

Excellent Communication Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Experience working with delivery drivers or in last-mile logistics is highly desirable.
