Human Resources Coordinator at The St. Regis Residence, Marsa Arabia Island, Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain filing systems and prepare office correspondence using a computer.
- Distribute and route mail; order and track HR office supplies and forms; answer calls and record messages.
- Create new-employee personnel files and maintain accurate employee records, including interview documents and I-9s.
- Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures and keep the application area clean, maintained, and accessible.
- Respond to employee and management inquiries about company and HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Inform HR management of employee-relations issues and protect the confidentiality and security of records and information.
- Follow company policies and quality standards, protect company assets, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
- Welcome guests, communicate professionally, maintain positive working relationships, and use computer or point-of-sale systems for work information.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is listed as preferred.
