Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review sale and purchase agreements, tenancy contracts, and other real estate transaction documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence to identify risks and legal issues in property transactions.
• Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to collect information and documentation.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and legal obligations are met throughout the conveyancing process.
• Facilitate property ownership transfers, manage fund transfers, and coordinate with banks and financial institutions.
• Provide clients with legal advice and guidance on property transactions and related legal matters.
• Stay informed about changes in real estate laws and regulations to support compliance and accurate advice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field and a UAE driving license.
• At least one year of experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role; real estate experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Arabic-speaking ability is a significant advantage.
