Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review sale and purchase agreements, tenancy contracts, and other transaction contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence to identify potential property transaction risks and legal issues.
• Coordinate with clients, agents, and stakeholders to gather information and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and legal obligations throughout conveyancing.
• Facilitate ownership transfers, funds transfers, and coordination with banks and financial institutions.
• Advise clients on property transactions and related legal matters.
• Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field and a UAE driving license.
• At least one year as a Conveyancer or in a similar role; real estate industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Arabic speaking is a significant advantage.
• Able to join immediately or negotiate a one-month notice period.
