Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review sale and purchase agreements, tenancy contracts, and other real estate transaction documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence to identify risks and legal issues in property transactions.
• Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and stakeholders to gather information and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and legal obligations throughout conveyancing.
• Facilitate property ownership transfers, including funds transfers and coordination with banks and financial institutions.
• Provide clients with legal advice and guidance on property transactions and related matters.
• Stay current on real estate laws and regulations to support compliance and accurate advice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• UAE driving license.
• At least 1 year of experience as a conveyancer or in a similar role; real estate experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; detail orientation and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Arabic speaking is an advantage.
• Able to join immediately or negotiate a one-month notice period.
