Controls Systems Technician Team Lead

What we look for

• Required
• Technical associate’s degree required
• 1 - 3 years of related field experience in the HVAC/Controls industry or similar Building Automation Systems with System Design or System Engineering.
• Must have relevant technical hands-on experience in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC controls systems.
• Must have the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience. Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently.
• Strong personal computer skills.
• Must have knowledge of control theory and HVAC systems.
• Preferred
• Knowledge of project accounting, costing principals and contracting preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to direct the work of others.
• Strong communication skills and customer service skills.
• HIRING SALARY RANGE: $90,000 – 125,000. USD Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
