Who You Are:

  • Bilingual in English and French both verbal and written
  • Thorough understanding of administration, facilities management, and contract law
  • Ability to interpret contract terms and conditions.
  • Must be familiar with the Builders Lien Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and Workers’ Compensation Act
  • Proven ability to work in an autonomous, high-volume, and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, namely Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and administration skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
