The opportunity
The Contract Operations Analyst at HITACHI ENERGY LTD will be responsible for supporting the lifecycle management of contracts, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and accurate data management.
This role involves collaboration with various internal departments to streamline contract processes and mitigate risks.
How you ll make an impact
Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, execution, and archiving of various commercial agreements (e.g., sales contracts, vendor agreements, service agreements).
Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
Maintain and update contract management systems and databases with accurate and current information.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between legal, sales, finance, and project management teams regarding contract terms and obligations.
Support contract negotiation processes by preparing necessary documentation, analyzing terms and conditions, and identifying potential risks or opportunities.
Monitor contract performance, identify deviations from terms, and assist in resolution processes.
Generate reports and provide analysis on contract performance, compliance, and key metrics to support business decision-making.
Assist in the development and implementation of contract management best practices and process improvements.
Conduct internal audits of contract compliance and ensure proper record-keeping.
