Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery Operations seeks an ACES Specialist to drive process excellence in the Amazon Now business.
The role helps optimize store operations by giving teams the knowledge and tools to improve performance.
The specialist develops operational process knowledge, solves problems with practical solutions, and uses data to guide decisions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 4M and 5S audits across Abu Dhabi Amazon Now stores.
- Monitor key metrics and enforce operational standards for stores.
- Support new store launches through readiness audits and go-live compliance checks.
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve delivery performance.
- Provide on-ground support for operational escalations at Abu Dhabi sites.
- Work with stakeholders to plan pilots and launch new processes or projects across Abu Dhabi stores.
- Create communication plans that align impacted teams on process changes.
- Use data to inform decisions and influence operational change.
Basic qualifications
- Speak, write, and read English fluently.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Experience communicating complex concepts effectively through written and verbal communication.
Preferred qualifications
- Time-management experience, ability to meet personal goals, and effectiveness working with internal, partner, and customer teams.
- Experience in logistics, distribution, or fulfillment processes.
- Experience resolving customer issues under pressure, or experience in software development.
Workplace
- The role provides on-ground support at Abu Dhabi sites and conducts audits across Abu Dhabi stores.
