The employer seeks a hands-on Content & Community Executive in Dubai to shape a brand’s social voice through content creation, publishing, and community engagement.
Content and community responsibilities
- Create platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
- Write bilingual Arabic and English captions, scripts, hooks, and storyboards.
- Shoot and edit Reels, TikToks, store content, product stories, and event coverage.
- Turn launches, exclusives, and drops into cultural moments; build recurring and fan-led content formats.
- Monitor trends, Gen Z behaviour, and regional social conversations.
- Engage with comments, direct messages, and online communities.
- Build relationships with collectors, creators, influencers, and fandom pages.
- Cover launches and events in real time; track performance and use insights to improve content.
Candidate requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in social media, content, community, or brand marketing.
- Fluent or native Arabic with excellent English; strong bilingual copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Able to independently shoot and edit short-form video and use mobile filming.
- Comfortable with tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Premiere Pro.
- Understands GCC audiences and Gen Z social behaviour; comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
- Experience with creators, UGC, influencers, or online communities.
- Exposure to pop culture, gaming, anime, collectibles, entertainment, retail, or lifestyle brands is desirable.
Location and work activities
- The role is based in Dubai and includes store content, launch coverage, and event coverage.
