Oversee execution of residential and villa construction projects.
Supervise site activities, quality and safety compliance, consultant and subcontractor coordination, and timely project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day execution of structural and finishing works.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure QA/QC compliance.
- Raise and close WIR/IR inspection requests and maintain project documentation.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and site safety.
- Manage snagging, rectification, and project handover.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of applying country experience in residential, villa, or building construction.
- Experience with real estate developers or reputed main contractors.
- Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, ITPs, WIRs, and consultant inspections.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Applying country driving licence is an advantage.
