The Role

We are looking for an experienced Growth Manager to help transition Ecomswap from primarily organic and referral-driven growth into a structured, scalable lead generation engine.

This is a strategic and execution-focused role.

You will be responsible for building the growth strategy, overseeing funnel development, and driving qualified inbound leads through paid acquisition and B2B marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record scaling B2B service businesses through paid marketing, lead magnets, funnels, landing pages and conversion-focused campaigns.

This is a on-site, part-time position.

We are looking for an operator who can work with the business on a part-time basis while owning strategy, execution and growth outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Ecomswap’s paid growth and lead generation strategy
  • Build scalable B2B acquisition funnels targeting e-commerce founders, operators and buyers
  • Launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta and other relevant paid channels
  • Create and optimise lead magnets, landing pages and conversion flows
  • Improve lead quality and conversion rates across the funnel
  • Work closely with the founders to identify growth opportunities and positioning
  • Track performance metrics, CAC, conversion rates and pipeline impact
  • Help establish repeatable acquisition systems beyond referrals and word-of-mouth
  • Coordinate with internal content, sales, and operations teams where needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a performance marketer in a B2B business
  • Strong experience running paid acquisition campaigns, particularly Meta Ads for lead generation
  • Experience building funnels, lead magnets, landing pages, and inbound systems
  • Demonstrated track record scaling businesses from primarily organic/referral growth into paid acquisition
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability
  • Experience in e-commerce, DTC, agencies, SaaS, marketplaces or M&A-related businesses is highly preferred
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
