Role overview

Responsibilities

• Browse the app and website to identify content opportunities and improvements.
• Handle content quality initiatives and tasks for existing and new product selection.
• Identify systemic and operational problems and contribute to resolving them.
• Check the quality of internally and externally received product selection using moderation and quality tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement catalog-related improvements efficiently.
• Provide regular feedback and actionable insights to improve catalog quality.
• Improve localization quality and support seamless product discovery.

Qualifications

• Native Arabic language proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in content moderation, translation, or e-commerce.
• Demonstrated experience using analytics tools and content management platforms.
• Familiarity with marketplace dynamics and product discovery flows.
• Ability to work a custom schedule with flexible weekend days off.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills focused on process improvement, with understanding of product categorization and customer behavior.
