Job Description
We are seeking a Creative Manager to lead the development of visual and narrative content, bridging the gap between artistic vision and business strategy.
You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, including designers, copywriters, and videographers, to ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are innovative, high-quality, and strictly aligned with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead brainstorming sessions, develop creative briefs, video content ideas, and scripts, and provide constructive feedback on all design and content outputs.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, writers, and the marketing team to develop engaging assets, including campaigns, ads, videos, and social media content.
Own and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and social media channels.
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and senior leadership to translate business goals into effective creative solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for client media and creative needs, building strong relationships and maintaining consistent communication.
Present campaign ideas, creative concepts, and performance reports
Key Skills & Requirements
Typically 5+ years in a creative role, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership position.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or Fine Arts.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong visual storytelling, exceptional presentation abilities, and the capacity to handle high-pressure deadlines.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
