About This Role
Overview
7 Routes is looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and highly organized **Female Content Creator & Social Media Manager** to take full ownership of our digital presence.
In this role, you will be responsible for brainstorming, shooting, and editing engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks), while strategically managing and growing our social media platforms to build a vibrant online community.
1. Content Creation & Production
- Brainstorm and develop fresh, creative content ideas (video, photo, and text) that align with our brand identity.
- Write engaging video scripts, hooks, and captions primarily in English.
- Shoot and edit high-quality short-form vertical videos (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) primarily using a smartphone/light gear.
- Proficiently use fast editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush) to add trending music, subtitles, and smooth transitions.
- Stay on top of global and local social media trends, challenges, and viral audio, and seamlessly adapt them to our brand.
2. Strategy & Platform Management
- Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar, scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Manage day-to-day community engagement: responding to comments, direct messages, and interacting with relevant accounts to build community loyalty.
- Monitor channel analytics and KPIs, providing monthly performance reports (engagement rates, follower growth, reach) with actionable insights for improvement.
- Maintain the visual aesthetics of our profiles (Grid layout, Highlights icons, and bios).
& Qualifications
- **Gender:** Female.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2+ years of experience in social media management and hands-on content creation.
- **Portfolio:** A proven portfolio showcasing short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) you have concepted, shot, and edited.
- **Editing & Shooting Skills:** Excellent mobile videography skills and strong knowledge of mobile editing apps.
- **Languages:** **Fluency in English is required.** (Proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus, but not essential).
- **Platform Expertise:** Deep understanding of social media algorithms, SEO optimization for platforms, best posting times, and hashtag strategies.
- **Mindset:** Highly creative, energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable being in front of or behind the camera when needed.
