About This Role
Overview
Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC (PTWL) is looking for a creative and versatile Content Creator / Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of our brands across landscaping, F&B, and floral businesses.
This role requires someone who can adapt content styles across industries while maintaining a strong, consistent brand voice and engaging storytelling.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) for:
- Landscaping projects and transformations
- Café products, ambiance, and promotions
- Floral arrangements and special occasions
- Capture on-site content at project locations, cafés, and flower shops
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Plan and execute a unified monthly content calendar across all brands
- Stay updated with trends and produce viral and engaging content
- Write compelling, audience-specific captions
Community Engagement
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries
- Build and manage online communities across platforms
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports
- Optimize content strategy based on insights and trends
Collaboration & Campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, promotions, and events
- Assist with influencer collaborations and partnerships
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management
- Strong photography and videography skills (mobile or professional)
- Basic video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, short-form content)
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt tone across industries
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite
- Understanding of social media algorithms and trends
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in landscaping, F&B, retail, or similar industries
- Knowledge of paid ads and content boosting strategies
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategy

- Content reach, views, and interaction rates
- Increase in inquiries, bookings, and footfall
