About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a creative and trend-driven Social Media & Content Creator to join a growing hospitality brand in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in restaurant and F&B marketing, content creation, social media management, and the use of AI-powered tools to produce engaging digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Snapchat
- Create engaging photo, video, and short-form content for restaurant and hospitality concepts
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and promotions
- Develop creative concepts for reels, stories, influencer collaborations, and social campaigns
- Use AI platforms and tools for content generation, video editing, copywriting, captions, trend analysis, and creative ideation
- Monitor social media trends, hospitality trends, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and engaging
- Coordinate on-site content shoots across restaurant venues and events
- Work closely with marketing, operations, chefs, and management teams to ensure brand consistency
- Edit videos and visuals for high-quality social media output
- Track analytics, engagement, and campaign performance to optimize content strategy
- Assist with influencer outreach and community engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in Social Media and Content Creation within Hospitality, Restaurants, or F&B
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital content trends
- Experience using AI platforms/tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Adobe AI tools, or similar
- Skilled in photography, videography, video editing, and content production
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience managing paid social campaigns is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Must be currently based in Dubai/UAE
