Job Overview:

As Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing and editing content for the company which will be published on the company's social media platforms as well as website and app. You will also be responsible for researching the key SEO terms and implementing them to the content to gain maximum exposure and ensure all social media platforms are constantly active. As a Content Creator, you are expected to work simultaneously with direction and vision of the Head of Marketing and work closely with marketing team to maintain consistency between marketing campaigns and content published. You will also be required to brainstorm and suggest platform growth strategies to increase the current customer segment and increase the target market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, film, and edit captivating video content for social media, primarily with an iPhone and cameras.
• Utilize advanced editing tools like Cap Cut, VN, Premiere Pro for top-quality content production.
• Employ greenscreen and creative techniques for enhanced visual storytelling.
• Generate innovative content ideas within our company’s guidelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to capture relevant content.
• Proficiency in using content management systems and multimedia software.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in video content creation with portfolio of previous work
• UAE Real Estate market experience is a plus but not a must.
• Proficient in filming with an iPhone as well as professional cameras.
• Skilled in storytelling, up-to-date with video & social media trends, and understands transitions and high level or editing in short deadlines.
• Self-motivated, passionate, patient, and excellent in English communication.
• Experienced in collaboration and managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of SEO best practices.
• Prior experience in web traffic metrics, HTML and web publishing.
• Knowledge of various analytics platforms.
• Available immediately.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
