Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, film, and edit engaging video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms using iPhone and professional cameras.
• Utilize advanced editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-powered editing platforms for high-quality content production.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway ML, Canva AI, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, Descript, and similar platforms for:
• Script writing and content ideation
• AI voiceovers and subtitles
• Video enhancement and automation
• AI-generated visuals and thumbnails
• Content repurposing and optimization
• Create AI-assisted social media campaigns that increase engagement, followers, and lead generation.
• Research trending topics, viral formats, and platform algorithms to produce highly engaging content.
• Employ greenscreen, motion graphics, transitions, and creative storytelling techniques for visually compelling videos.
• Generate innovative content concepts aligned with company objectives and audience interests.
• Collaborate with sales agents, management, and other departments to capture property walkthroughs, interviews, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Manage and maintain social media content calendars and posting schedules.
• Research and implement SEO best practices and high-ranking keywords across website and social media content.
• Monitor web traffic metrics, audience engagement, and social media analytics to optimize performance.
• Assist in AI-driven marketing automation initiatives and content personalization strategies.
• Stay updated with emerging AI content trends, tools, and social media innovations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all published content and digital communication channels.

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of experience in video content creation and social media management with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI content creation tools and workflows.
• UAE real estate market experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proficient in filming with iPhone and professional cameras.
• Highly skilled in storytelling, short-form video editing, transitions, and fast-turnaround content production.
• Experience using AI tools for content generation, automation, editing, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement, and content growth strategies.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and English communication skills. Arabic speaker is a plus.
• Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or related field preferred.
