We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Content Creator to join our growing marketing team and help elevate our brand across social media platforms.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative Content Creator with proven experience in producing engaging short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, content storytelling, audience engagement, and video editing.
This role requires someone who is comfortable appearing on camera, collaborating with traders and internal teams, and creating high-volume, high-impact content that resonates with retail traders and the trading community.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging daily short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
- Develop content ideas that align with current social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience interests.
- Research and analyze viral content from competitors, influencers, trading communities, and proprietary trading firms.
- Film, edit, caption, and publish content using tools such as CapCut and other video editing software.
- Participate in content planning sessions, creative meetings, live events, and filming days.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Branding, and Trading Psychology teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
- Monitor content performance and optimize future content based on analytics and audience engagement.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, social media best practices, and new content formats.
- Generate innovative and trend-driven content ideas that align with FundingPips' brand voice and trading culture.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proven portfolio of successful short-form video content.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
- Proficiency in CapCut and other video editing tools.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and working in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
- Experience within the trading, finance, fintech, or cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for trading, fintech, finance, or investment-related brands.
- Strong personal presence on social media platforms.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, or online communities.
