About This Role

Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, supporting social media execution, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:*Content Creation & Production: Create and produce high-quality content for social media (photos, videos, reels, stories, etc.).

• Plan, shoot, and edit content for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

Social Media Execution:* Support the execution of the social media content calendar.

• Ensure timely posting and coordination with the marketing team.
• Adapt content formats based on platform trends and requirements.

Campaign & Marketing Support:* Assist in ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions

• Maintain consistency in visual storytelling across campaigns
• Ensure a cohesive and visually appealing social media grid (especially Instagram)
• Organize content layout to align with brand colors, tone, and identity

Collaboration:* Work closely with the marketing and design teams to meet campaign goals.

• Assist in preparing and optimizing content assets for different platforms.

Performance Tracking:* Monitor basic metrics like engagement, reach, and views.

• Share insights and suggestions to improve content performance.
• Adapt content strategy based on trends and analytics.

Continuous Improvement:* Stay updated with the latest content trends and platform updates.

• Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand presence.
• Support improvements in content creation processes.

**Requirements:*Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience:* 1–3 years in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.

• Experience in photography, videography, or editing is a plus.

Skills:* Strong storytelling and content creation skills.

• Basic photography and videography knowledge.
• Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Attention to detail and creativity.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
