Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative **Videographer / Photographer with strong content creation skills** who understands how to produce engaging, trend-driven content for social media.
This role goes beyond filming — the ideal candidate should be able to **develop content ideas, follow social media trends, and turn construction projects into compelling visual stories.**
You will be responsible for capturing high-quality visuals and producing short-form and long-form content that performs well across platforms such as **Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok,YouTube etc.**
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce unique, engaging, and trend-driven video content for our social media platforms.
- Develop **creative content ideas and story concepts** that highlight our projects, people, and company culture.
- Stay updated with **social media trends, viral formats, and new digital storytelling techniques.**
- Capture high-quality **mobile content using iPhone for social media**, including behind-the-scenes footage, quick updates, Reels, and short-form videos optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Capture high-quality **photos and videos of construction projects, project milestones, team activities, and company events.**
- Edit professional video content including **color grading, sound design, transitions, captions, and motion graphics.**
- Produce **short-form content such as Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts** optimized for engagement.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and management teams to align content with brand messaging.
- Manage lighting, camera setups, audio, and shooting environments both indoors and on construction sites.
- Maintain a structured archive of media assets including photos, raw footage, and finished edits.
- Continuously experiment with new content styles to strengthen the company’s visual identity and online presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a **Videographer, Photographer, or Social Media Content Creator.**
- Strong storytelling and **creative content ideation skills.**
- Handle social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut etc.**
- Experience creating **short-form social media content that performs well on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.**
- Good understanding of **camera equipment, lighting, framing, and composition.**
- Ability to shoot and edit both **photo and video content independently.**
- Strong understanding of **current social media trends and digital content strategies.**
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop / Illustrator).
- Experience creating content for **construction, real estate, architecture, or corporate brands.**
