We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven **Content Creator cum Social Media Manager** to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, building brand awareness, increasing engagement, and supporting lead generation efforts through strategic content and social media management.
Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Create property tours, project showcases, lifestyle content, agent branding videos, and promotional campaigns
- Develop engaging Reels, Shorts, and social media content aligned with current trends
- Create compelling captions, hooks, and content concepts
- Coordinate and manage property shoots, events, and interviews
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain all social media platforms
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Schedule and publish content across multiple channels
- Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions
- Track content performance and provide monthly reports
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and brand growth
Requirements
- Minimum **1 year of experience** as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role
- Strong videography and video editing skills
- Proficiency in **CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar tools**
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Experience creating short-form and long-form content
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Real estate industry experience is an advantage
