We are looking for a confident, proactive, and relationship-driven **Rental Relationship Manager** to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
This role is focused exclusively on **rental transactions**, helping tenants find suitable properties while building strong relationships with landlords and property owners.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Dubai's rental market and be comfortable managing the entire leasing process from inquiry to contract signing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial rental transactions
- Handle tenant and landlord inquiries professionally
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective tenants
- Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners and tenants
- Manage and update listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and other portals
- Ensure accurate property information and availability
- Coordinate tenancy contracts and related documentation
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements
- Minimum **1 year of Dubai real estate rental experience** preferred
- Experience handling rental listings and leasing transactions
- Hands-on experience with **Property Finder, Bayut, and CRM systems**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of Dubai rental market trends and communities
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- **Female candidates preferred**
