Marketing Executive – Real Estate

About the Role

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for real estate lead generation.
• Support Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve Cost Per Lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion rates.
• Build and manage lead generation funnels and landing pages.

SEO & Website Management

• Support on-page and off-page SEO activities.
• Coordinate website updates, landing page creation, and content optimization.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, and performance metrics.

Email Marketing & Automation

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Build automated lead nurturing workflows.
• Segment audiences and improve email engagement metrics.
• Coordinate CRM integrations and marketing automation processes.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track daily lead flow and campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor KPIs including CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, Lead Quality, and ROI.

Brand & Marketing Support

• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators.
• Support marketing activities for property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and events.
• Assist in creating marketing materials including brochures, presentations, social media content, and sales collateral.

Market Research

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Monitor Dubai real estate trends, pricing, and market movements.
• Identify new opportunities for lead generation and customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate marketing experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of SEO principles and website optimization.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing reporting tools.
• Familiarity with landing pages, lead funnels, and conversion optimization.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
