Job Overview
We are looking for a creative **Content Creator & Graphic Designer** to produce engaging visual and digital content for clients in the **hospitality, service, and consulting sectors**.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about design, social media, and storytelling—even **freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply**.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visuals for social media, branding, and marketing campaigns
- Create engaging **reels, posts, and short-form video content**
- Develop and maintain **content calendars** aligned with brand goals
- Manage content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure **brand consistency and creative direction**
- Stay updated with trends and create **relevant, high-performing content**
- Assist in **community engagement** and basic social media management
Requirements
- **0–3 years of experience (Freshers welcome)**
- Strong **creative portfolio** (mandatory)
- Passion for content creation and design
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Ability to think creatively and execute ideas
Required Skills
- **Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects preferred)**
- Canva or similar design tools
- Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of branding and layout design
Preferred (Bonus)
- Experience in **hospitality / service industry content**
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Photography / videography basics
