About This Role

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment strategies, enhancing outcomes for patients with complex urological disorders.
- Lead and participate in clinical research initiatives to advance the field of urology and improve existing treatment protocols.
- Educate and mentor junior medical staff and urology residents, fostering a supportive learning environment and enhancing the overall quality of care.
- Manage outpatient clinics efficiently, ensuring effective follow-up and continuity of care for patients post-surgery.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in urological procedures and technologies, integrating new techniques into practice as appropriate.
- Engage with patients and their families to provide clear communication regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality assurance programs and clinical audits to assess and improve service delivery within the urology department.
