Role overview

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Advise clients on Caseware functionality, best practices, and accounting workflow optimization; translate business and regulatory requirements into compliant configurations.
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout implementation.
• Oversee non-enterprise project scope, risks, issue resolution, timelines, budgets, service standards, and delivery quality.
• Work with Product, Support, and Engineering to escalate issues, provide product feedback, and improve client outcomes.
• Mentor associate consultants and implementation team members through knowledge sharing, solution reviews, and delivery oversight.
• Deliver client training and change management to support user adoption, process transformation, and long-term value.
• Support pre-sales with proposals, demonstrations, effort estimates, and solution scoping.
• Continuously improve implementation methodologies and assets using lessons learned, industry trends, and product developments.

Experience and skills

• Meet one of these experience alternatives: 4+ years in external audit, assurance, or accounting at a public accounting or professional services firm; consultative client-advisory experience; or comfort with accounting, audit, and financial-reporting technology.
• Experience supporting software implementations across requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Proven ability to manage client stakeholders, advise clients, and own delivery outcomes for scope, quality, risk, and timelines with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills in professional services.
• Ability to mentor and build team capability.
• Prior Caseware experience is an asset, but not required.

Salary and bonus

• Annual base salary is CAD $103,000–$115,000 per year.
• The role is eligible for a discretionary bonus and/or commission, as well as other benefits; actual pay depends on skills, experience, market conditions, and primary work location.
