Consultant Physician – Paediatric Gastroenterology

An excellent opportunity awaits an experienced and passionate Consultant Physician – Paediatric Gastroenterology to join a prestigious government healthcare facility in the Al Ain Region.
We are looking for a dedicated specialist committed to delivering exceptional care for children with gastrointestinal, liver, and nutritional disorders while working in a world-class multidisciplinary environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage paediatric gastrointestinal and liver conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and care plans
- Conduct patient assessments and follow-up care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and prevention
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
- Participate in quality improvement and medical education initiatives
Qualifications
- MBBS or MBChB or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
- Completion of specialty qualification as per the “Recognized Specialty Certificate” table
Experience Requirements
Tier 1
- Two (2) years of experience after obtaining main specialty qualification
- One (1) year of experience after obtaining sub-specialty qualification
Tier 2
- Five (5) years of experience after obtaining main specialty qualification
- Four (4) years of experience after obtaining sub-specialty qualification
