Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed neurological assessments and examinations of patients with various neurological conditions
- Develop and implement individualized clinical and rehabilitation treatment plans to optimize patient recovery and quality of life
- Manage a broad spectrum of neurological disorders including stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and neurodegenerative diseases
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on neurological conditions, rehabilitation strategies, and preventative measures
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Participate in continued medical education and research activities to remain updated on advancements in neurology and rehabilitation
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization in Neurology from a recognized institution
- Board certification in Neurology preferred, with expertise in Clinical Neurology and Rehabilitation
- Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi/the Gulf region
- Proven experience in clinical neurology and rehabilitation patient management
- Strong knowledge of neurological diagnostic tools and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to clinical best practices
