As a Consultant in Family Medicine, you will provide comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to improved patient outcomes and community health.
Key Responsibilities:* Conduct thorough medical examinations and patient assessments
- Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide preventive care and health education to patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
