PulseHire HR is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Consultant specializing in Internal Medicine and Chronic Disease Management to join a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi.
This role focuses on delivering expert care to patients with complex internal medicine conditions and chronic illnesses, aiming to improve health outcomes through comprehensive management and patient education.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of a broad range of internal medicine conditions and chronic diseases
- Develop personalized care plans for patients with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, and respiratory disorders
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care involving specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Implement preventive health strategies and educate patients on disease management and lifestyle modifications
- Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective management
- Maintain precise and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Stay informed about advancements and best practices in internal medicine and chronic disease management
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Internal Medicine
- Board certification in Internal Medicine is required
- Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi/UAE
- Proven experience in managing chronic diseases within a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and knowledge of chronic disease management protocols
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
