Key objectives and responsibilities

• Lead shutdown construction, maintenance, turnaround, and outage activities safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate contractors, supervisors, and work crews; ensure compliance with HSE, permit-to-work, and safety requirements.
• Monitor schedules, plan resources, and coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, commissioning, and other stakeholders.
• Review progress, report status, verify quality, and mitigate risks, delays, and impacts on startup readiness.
• Manage field changes, site issues, and contractor performance; support planning, execution, testing, mechanical completion, and handover.
• Complete close-out, including punch-list clearance and documentation.
