Computer Skills

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with project management and scheduling software, construction document-control platforms, spreadsheet and word-processing software, and electronic tools used for budgets, forecasts, requests for information, submittals, change orders, meeting records, punch lists, and project reporting.

  • Must present a professional image and demonstrate strong communication, analytical, organizational, negotiation, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Must be able to maintain sustained focus on a multiyear Casino Arizona renovation, coordinate competing operational and construction priorities, influence without direct authority, facilitate timely decisions, communicate effectively with executive and frontline audiences, anticipate risks, and escalate issues appropriately.
