About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the construction supervision team on site for buildings, utilities, infrastructure, and public realm works
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project quality and safety requirements
- Coordinate with the Contractor, Client, Design Team, and other stakeholders to resolve technical and coordination issues
- Review and comment on technical submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals
- Monitor progress against the approved construction programme; identify delays and propose mitigation measures
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with HSE regulations and project safety plans; participate in safety walks and audits
- Manage site inspections, approvals, and handover procedures
- Review and verify contractors' monthly progress reports, measurements, and invoices
- Participate in progress meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Support in managing change orders, claims, and variations from a site perspective
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record keeping of all site activities
- Assist the Project Manager in overall project delivery and in maintaining good client relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university
- Typically 10+ years of experience in construction supervision, including at least 5 years in a Construction Manager or similar leadership role
- Experience working with international consultants/clients in the Middle East is preferred
- Excellent Arabic / English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

What Required Skills You’ll Bring
