CSCEC Middle East is recruiting Construction Managers for its construction team on a newly awarded large-scale project in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Ensure construction activities progress according to schedule and budget.
- Review project planning, budgeting, and resource needs; monitor use of labor, materials, and equipment.
- Establish effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among project participants.
- Monitor construction progress and hold regular status meetings with sub-teams.
- Review and propose work plans and make revisions when needed.
- Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and minimize project exposure and risk.
- Obtain permits and licenses and ensure valid NOCs from relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and QEHS requirements.
- Ensure project documents are complete and review site reports.
- Inspect construction sites and monitor client and consultant satisfaction.
- Attend client and consultant meetings; participate in QEHS training and support staff accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of working experience in construction projects.
