Lead residential tower projects from pre-construction through handover, delivering on schedule, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
Manage site teams, contractors, and consultants, connecting the project site with design and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead construction planning, tendering, mobilization, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Monitor schedules and critical-path risks; implement recovery plans to protect delivery dates.
- Control budgets, cash flow, variations, and contractor payment certification.
- Coordinate design reviews, resolve clashes, and support constructability and value engineering.
- Direct contractors and site teams; enforce quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage UAE authority approvals, site inspections, progress reporting, snagging, handover, and defects closeout.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- 12–15 years of construction experience, including at least 7 years as a Construction Manager on UAE real estate development projects.
- Track record delivering UAE residential and mid- or high-rise towers.
- Knowledge of structural works, finishing, façade, and MEP coordination.
- Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approvals; experience with FIDIC, variations, and subcontractor control.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Hands-on construction experience from design coordination and procurement through handover; strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making.
