Role overview

Construction supervision

• Supervise excavation, foundations, blockwork, plastering, screed, tiling, painting, waterproofing, MEP coordination, and external works.
• Allocate work to masons, steel fixers, carpenters, helpers, and subcontractors according to the villa project programme.
• Ensure construction follows approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Monitor workmanship, levels, dimensions, and finishes and take corrective action.

Coordination and site control

• Coordinate with site engineers, project engineers, MEP teams, QA/QC, and safety officers for inspections and issue resolution.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for daily operations across villa units.
• Maintain records covering manpower attendance, villa progress, material usage, and site reports.
• Ensure good housekeeping, material storage, and organized work areas.

Safety and handover

• Conduct daily toolbox talks, enforce HSE rules, and ensure correct PPE and safe working practices.
• Support snagging, client and consultant inspections, and handover activities.

Candidate requirements

• Candidates need 4–6 years of Construction Foreman experience on villa projects in the UAE, including G+1/G+2 villas, townhouses, or similar.
• Candidates must be able to interpret architectural and structural drawings, BOQs, and method statements.
• Strong knowledge of villa construction methods, finishes, and UAE site practices is required.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multicultural team management skills are required.
• A Diploma, ITI, or technical qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with MOHRE, site safety regulations, and authority requirements is advantageous.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
